a. Shipment Terms:
- Free shipping applied to countries worldwide (including India, Russia, Canada, USA, Brazil, Netherland, Ukraine, Korea etc.)
- Shipping lead time: 4-18 days
- Tracking number on parcel will only be available to orders with optional registered airmail fee paid (USD $1.87/order)
- DHL express shipment is an available option and can be chose during checkout (USD $28.79/kg)

b. Return Policy & Warranty Claim:
- Any damage on receipt will get replacement when enough evidence is shown.
- Valid order ID is required to claim any warranty (Order should be made within 12 months upon the day of warranty claim)
- Faulty item or wrong item on receipt will get a replacement. Our representative may request you to return the faulty or wrong item back to our operation warehouse before replacement dispatch.
- Any further compensation scheme will be decided upon our representative.
