Your site product pages say free 7-day shipping, but (if I'm remembering correctly) the checkout page says free 14-21 day shipping. In the United States at least, this discrepancy would probably be considered an "unfair or deceptive practice in trade" by most consumer law enforcement agencies and courts. It should be resolved at your earliest convenience. I had a very good experience with my last order from you (for the same item), and it's a shame to spoil that good impression with a last-minute disclaimer on the checkout page.
