Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
You will be notified by two e-mails once your order is placed and shipped. Shipments will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
We usually do not process orders on weekends and U.S. national holidays, when our carriers are not avaiable.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled after the order is processed or shipped out. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.
All orders take 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method.
Unlike other webstore, we do not make profit by shipping charges. We only charge actual amount of the shipping and handling labor cost. Shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system which based on weight, quantity, zip code and destinating country. Simply click the "re-calculate" button, you will be offered shipping options and their price.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for returns or lost packages because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address when you place the order. If an order is not received and returned by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee, or reship the order by charging actual shipping fee. There is no re-stocking fee for all returns due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address! If an order is not returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the loss, we can not issue refund or reship in such a case. If the package is shipped via UPS and we are charged for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.

If you are not satisfied - for any reason - whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR a complete refund. No returns for credit after the time limit will be accepted. This time limit does not offset in any way the warranty of the products. See "Warranty Policy" for more details.
All products come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period from one years, which is stated in the production description. This warranty covers replacement of the product. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage. Batterybay.net is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products or as a result of defective products.
We make the returns without pain. Within 30 days after receipt of products, you may choose to return the product(s) for a full refund, exchange or replacement. After 30 days of receipt, you can return the product(s) only for replacement due to defective (excluding wear-down effect) if your warranty has not expried. To make a smooth returning, you must first fill out the following online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form, then we will email you an RMA number and the instructions of return within 24 hours. The RMA number allows us to track your return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA number, please pack the defective item(s) well with supporting materials such as copy of invoice or other information. Customer assumes all costs in original shipping and in shipping to us unless we send wrong items by our mistake, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. If the merchandie(s) purchased with "Free Ground Shipping" is returned, the amount of standard shipping cost will be deducted from the full refund of the returned merchandies. All replacement products are shipped in standard way unless a rush is requested. Please note that we do not accept the return without an RMA number or the return which is incomplete or incorrect as the RMA describes.
