Battery shipped later than originally stated. Arrived later than the original shipping period. Very difficult to contact Batterybay because of their Hong Kong location w/o toll free number. Only email correspondence which is difficult too because of 12-hour time differential. Battery did arrive in good shape and was what I ordered....R. Anzelmo
