Just received the battery and it's charging. Here's the good and bad. The good. The item was the correct part, well packed and in good shape on delivery. Delivery via DHL was quick. The bad. Tracking numbers should be provided automatically for express shipping. I sent 4 emails requesting a DHL tracking number and never received one. Customers should not be required to create accounts to see order status. An order number/date should be enough. Reviews with anything but perfect scores don't seem to be posted on the web site. So, I feel I can recommend BatteryBay to others for hard to find batteries.

Because Your price was much cheeper than other one, I decided yo buy　from you. The process to buy was easy and shipment was fast. But I was a little anxious because I havn't ever bought from Foreign country. Now I'm glad to get the product and I will utilize your net shopping hereafter.
